Woman faces charges after rabbit decapitation

A woman who decapitated her pet rabbit and then
threatened her roommate was arrested by Salt Lake
City police Wednesday.
Just before 9 p.m., a 26-year-old woman cut the head
off her rabbit and then showed it to her roommate,
according to a Salt Lake City police watch log.
That led to a fight, and the woman grabbed their dog
while still holding the knife. She also held the knife to the
chest of her male roommate, who then wrestled the knife
away from her, according to the report
The woman was found on the roof of the residence,
near 800 East and 1300 South, and was arrested without
further incident. She was booked into the Salt Lake
County Jail for investigation of aggravated assault and
